App preview

Built for people who hate logging food.

Five things Sprig does well, and nothing it doesn't.

Unlimited AI scans

Photograph any meal and Sprig identifies what's on the plate, estimates the portion, and logs the macros for you.

AI coach

A personal coach that sees what you actually ate and gives advice grounded in your real data, not generic tips.

Describe a meal

Don't want to take a photo? Type or speak what you ate. The AI handles the conversion to grams, calories, and macros.

Barcode scanning

Packaged food? Point your camera at the barcode. Instant logging with verified nutrition data.

History and streaks

See trends over weeks and months. Build a logging streak. Sprig forgives one missed day a week so you don't lose progress.

Frequently asked.

How accurate is the AI?

Very accurate for common meals. Sprig was tuned specifically for portion estimation and identifies the most common foods reliably. For anything off the beaten path, you can correct the result with one tap, and the app remembers what you taught it.

Is my photo data used to train AI?

No. Your photos are used only to identify the meal for you and are never used to train AI models. We send the photo to OpenAI for analysis (under their no-training data policy) and don't retain copies on our servers afterward.

How much does it cost?

Sprig is free with three AI scans per day. Premium unlocks unlimited scans, the AI coach, and full history for a monthly or annual subscription. Both plans come with a 7-day free trial.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google and can be cancelled in two taps from your phone's subscription settings. You keep premium access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Does Sprig work without internet?

You can view your previously logged meals offline. AI scanning and the coach require an internet connection to reach our servers.

Is Sprig medical advice?

No. Sprig is a calorie tracking and nutrition tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. If you have an eating disorder, a medical condition, or specific dietary requirements, please consult a doctor or registered dietitian before making changes based on what the app says.
